Ways to Prevent Illness.


An illness is a sickness that affects our bodies and our minds. Not washing your hands, coughing without blocking your mouth, sharing lunch with others, using your clothes to wipe your nose and sneezing around people are ways you can become ill. Spreading germs is one of the reason people get sick. Some children and parents can get sick from the following.
Names of common illness:


  • Chicken pox
  • Cold
  • Flu
  • Rheumatic Fever
  • Meningeal
  • Measles


These common illnesses can be spread to others if they are not treated.  A whole town of people would fall ill. Many other illnesses can cause people to lose their lives.


To prevent these illnesses you could try and exercise everyday, clean your hands, sleeping early, going to bed early, avoid watching too much T.V. Instead of drinking sugar filled drinks, drink a lot of water, take your medicines that are given to you by the doctor, and also visit the doctor once you realize that you are sick.

REMEMBER TO EAT 5+A DAY.
